Have used these since... 90's? The bases are thin and if you add terrain it doesn't look like the troop is standing on a little hill. Help keep formations lined up on display, take primer and paint, and you can store the troops on a magnetic mat to keep your paint job unscathed. Of course very useful grouping artillery or transport .
I have used these bases for 10+ years on everything from DBA games to cyberpunk. Great product and great service!
